Hi! I’m your dedicated personal trainer, eager to guide you on a path to better health and self-awareness. At 23 years old, having spent nearly a decade enhancing my fitness, I bring a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to each session.

My journey in gym began at the age of 14, and it’s been a transformative part of my life. It has built grit, a fighting spirit and the mindset to never give up. Over the years, I’ve faced and overcome challenges with body dysmorphia and eating disorders. These experiences have deepened my commitment to helping others navigate similar struggles. My goal is to empower you, ensuring that our training not only enhances your physical strength but also nurtures your mental well-being.

My professional background includes impactful roles at db Orthopedic Physical Therapy, PC in Red Bank, NJ, and as a Fitness assistant and Personal trainer at Rutgers Recreation. These experiences have honed my skills in hybrid training techniques, stretching & mobility, strength training, nutrition that cater to diverse needs.

I am proud to say that my dedication extends beyond the gym—I have completed a 100-mile cycling event and participated in an Olympic triathlon in Westchester. These accomplishments are testaments to my belief in setting and achieving high goals.

My Favorite Exercises

When it comes to staying fit and engaged, I thrive on variety and challenge. Here are my top three exercises that are not only integral to my training routine but also bring joy and fulfillment to my workouts:

Overhead Presses

The overhead press is a cornerstone of my strength training. It’s more than just an exercise; it’s a test of power and stability. I value this movement for its ability to enhance shoulder strength and improve overall upper body aesthetics. It’s a fantastic way to build core stability and shoulder resilience—key aspects of a balanced physique.

Cycling

Cycling is my go-to for cardiovascular health and endurance. The thrill of conquering miles, whether on a scenic trail or a demanding race course, is unmatched. It’s not just about the distance; it’s about the journey and the sense of freedom that comes with every pedal stroke. Cycling helps me clear my mind and challenges me to push beyond my limits.

Rows

Rows are essential for a strong, well-defined back. They improve posture, increase functional strength, and are fundamental for a well-rounded fitness regimen. Whether it’s with a barbell, dumbbells, or a rowing machine, this exercise not only strengthens the back but also engages the core and lower body, making it a powerful all-rounder.
